Business Mailboxes
Want to separate your personal and work address? You can achieve that easily with our business mailboxes. You can use our address as your registered company address and get all your mail delivered to us. We can sign for any packages we receive from the Post Office or couriers. Once we receive your mail, we can hold on to it for collection or forward it on to you when you will be available to receive it. We know how important privacy and security is when handling mail. As soon as we receive your mail, it is transported directly to your secure business mailbox. We will only open your mailbox to add new mail or to deliver it to you (via collection or forwarding).
Our business mailbox rental service in Plymouth is comprehensive and includes the option of adding additional mailing names to your mailbox. If you need more than 4 mailing names, you can add them easily when ordering online or alternatively just let us know at the time if you’re ordering over the phone or in-store. If you need to add names to your mailbox during your term, please contact us.
We will hold on to your mail free of charge as long as the volume of your mail doesn’t exceed 30 x 30 x 40cm. If you do exceed this volume, there is a minimum charge of £2.50. See our Terms & Conditions for more information. Mail forwarding is available for £3.50 per shipment plus postage. Two forms of identification are required for everyone who has a mailing name on the account before we can activate your mailbox, please check this list to find out what we can accept. After we have verified your ID, you will just need to prove your identity upon collection.
